Pizza Recipe

Hi friends!

How is your week going? 

We are so close to Friday I can almost taste it.  One of the best things about life is that you can truly make the life you want to live. 

It can be so abundant and amazing and joyfilled. You need to take that first step, whatever it may be! Don’t get me wrong, I love Friday//weekends but I also love living out each day with the most I can bring to the table. My week self and weekend self are the same! Living in freedom is one of the most courage-filled, life-changing choices we can make. LET’S START TODAY.

I am here to encourage, and keep it simple. Here is a fun dinner idea that I made for my family last week. Stop by the store if you want more inspiration! We are all about getting creative with food.

Just a quick reminder to really listen to your body when it comes to eating. Sometimes I crave carbs and when I listen and give my body what it is asking for, I feel so much better. I try to stick to a paleo eating style because that is how I personally feel best, but there are occasions when I am feeling a sandwich and so I HAVE IT, and guess what? I feel better, anddddd I haven’t magically gained weight overnight. 

Anyway, just want to encourage you to address cravings, why you are having them, and what the best course of action for you might be. Life is not about our next meal. Food should not consume as much of our thought life as it may (I still battle with this). Imagine what you could do with all the energy you spent thinking about food? CRAZZZZYYYY. 

Unless you are a chef, then thinking about food is probably super great for you. 

OKAY, now that I have sufficiently beaten my opinion over your heads, let’s get to the recipe!!

PALEO PIZZA (Modified Paleo; contains goat cheese)

INGREDIENTS: (all ingredients found at FGS have an asterix next to them. Lucky for you, all ingredients can be found there!) 

Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour*

Goat Cheese Mozzarella*

Goat Cheese Country Jack*

Sugar Free Tomato Sauce*

Herbs of choice* (FGS has an awesome Pizza Seasoning too)

Olive Oil*

Himalayan Salt*

Baking Soda*




  1. Follow pizza crust recipe on back of Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour. Add desired herbs to pizza crust mixture or put on top of pizza. I did both. 
  2. Shred the goat’s mozzarella and goat’s country jack. 
  3. Assemble pizza! Crust( be sure you have baked it slightly first—it will tell you what to do on back of the paleo flour package!) sauce, cheese, herbs!
  4. Bake according to instructions on back of flour bag and let cool. Enjoy! This recipe tastes SUPER GOOD the next day too. Cold pizza for breakfast anyone? No? Just me? Okay.
