Here are FOUR fun Toast Ideas using the Birch Benders Paleo Waffles*!

  1. Classic Avocado Toast

This is super in right now! I think because it is truly so satisfying and nutritious. Keep it easy with some avocado, himalayan salt and crushed red pepper or garlic. Want a video tutorial on how to make an avocado rose?! Comment below and I will do a live on Facebook or Instagram for FGS!

INGREDIENTS: Birch Benders Paleo Toaster Waffle*, Organic Avocado*, Himalayan Salt*, Crushed Red Pepper, Organic Garlic*

This literally never gets old. I used raw honey, which is the best tasting, the most creamyyy and has the most nutrients. That combined with the luxuriousness of peanut butter cannot be beat.

BENEFITS: Saturated fat (this is super key in the morning to help with your brain function as well as keep you satiated for longer on higher quality food) from peanut butter; protein from peanut butter and waffle; antioxidants/ enzymes/ vitamins and minerals from raw honey.

  1. Berry YUM

Raspberry jam is the beautiful bed of this topping heavy delight! Put shredded coconut, bee pollen, cacao, cinnamon, slivered nuts and berries, literally whatever you want!

INGREDIENTS: Birch Benders Paleo Toaster Waffle*, Organic Raspberry Jam, Bee Pollen*, Organic Shredded Coconut*, Organic Strawberries, Raw//FAIRTRADE Cacao*, Cinnamon*, Edible Flowers if you so choose!

BENEFITS: Antioxidants from the raspberry jam, berries, bee pollen and cacao; vitamins, minerals and enzymes from the cacao and bee pollen; saturated fat from the coconut and nuts (if you add them); and cinnamon works by helping control blood glucose levels.

Sometimes keepin’ it classic with a simple fried egg+butter combo is the EXACT THING that you’ve needed all along. I added Everything But The Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe’s.
